Cave Viroit lies in southern Albania. The water temperature in the cave was only 12 degrees and visibillity was 50 m. An additional difficulty was the strong current in the cave.
Starnawski has dived by seven hours. Polish diver has used two rebreathers, underwater scooter and specialty lamps.
Because of the cold water was used to decompress habitat. Starnawski uses it to deep dives from a couple of years.
Diving went smoothly due to good organization of the team. In the team also worked with Starnawskim other cave divers from Poland: Anna Ciura, Slawek Packo, Thomas Zapiór, Paul Zapiór, Jarek Macedonian and Michal Marek and unusually Witek Skrodzki and Gregory Herman.
Krzysztof Starnawski (b. 1968) - the world record holder in diving on closed circuit (CCR), diver, speleologist, mountaineer, TOPR rescuer, constructor, paraglider, photographer. It is cave diving instructor and reabreaterowego, as well as rock climbing, caving, skiing and sailing. In August 2015 set a record in Polish cave diving descending to a depth of 265 meters in a cave hranice abyss in the Czech Republic.
